Converted from a warehouse, this project entails the transformation of the space into a multi-functional area, employing cross-laminated timber (CLT) to craft an expansive, light-filled interior, while retaining the building's core structure. A sleek rain screen was applied to the exterior, enhancing the facade's aesthetic appeal.
