QuickBooks Connect, an annual conference by Intuit, serves as a pivotal convergence point for small business owners, self-employed individuals, accountants, and developers, fostering invaluable networking and learning opportunities. As the lead spatial designer for QBC, I led a dedicated effort to craft an immersive and dynamic experience. Through meticulously orchestrated activations, thought-provoking plenary sessions, and meticulously curated spaces, our aim was clear: to empower attendees with the latest trends and innovations in finance, accounting, and business management. From conceptualization to execution, my role extended beyond design to encompass overseeing space planning and 3D design of the exhibit booth space, ensuring a seamless and impactful environment for all participants.

The stage design comprises a series of ultra-wide screens that overlap, forming a visually continuous content surface for presentations and sessions, while also generating a hidden dynamic entrance moment for speakers.

Entry Experience
As the initial point of interaction for attendees, the entry experience aims to impress guests with a dynamic tunnel crafted from LED tube lights that respond to movement.
